Yes—because we use real, natural shells, each glass may vary slightly in shape, size, and color. This makes every piece completely one of a kind.
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
